About
Hi, I'm Burhan Ozturk.

Passed all three IRS Enrolled Agent exams · Enrollment pending IRS approval
My interest in taxation started with my own tax returns. While preparing and understanding them, I realized that filing a return is only one part of the picture. Understanding the rules, planning ahead, and making informed financial decisions matter just as much. That realization motivated me to pursue a new career in taxation and to found Ozturk Tax & Advisory LLC.
Before starting this practice, I spent more than a decade as a Sales Manager at Ege Seramik America, working closely with businesses across the United States. I managed customer relationships, developed pricing proposals, took part in product development, and traveled for business and industry trade shows. Those years gave me a practical understanding of business operations, financial decisions, customer needs, and the challenges business owners face.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a Relationship Banker at Bank of America. I hold an MBA from Kennesaw State University, and I have passed all three parts of the IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) examination. My enrollment application is currently pending IRS approval.
I believe understanding the business behind the numbers is just as important as understanding the numbers themselves.
My goal is to build a long-term tax advisory practice — one built on personal attention, clear communication, and genuine relationships. I'd like to be the advisor you can call with a question in July, not just in April.
I'm especially glad to serve the Turkish-American community in Georgia, where finding someone who can explain the U.S. tax system in Turkish isn't always easy. At the same time, clients of every background are welcome.
